Brookdale

The small town of Brookdale is located between Ben Lomond and Boulder Creek. The center of the town is the historic Brookdale Lodge built in 1890 for the loggers in the area. The area enjoys the redwood forest and scenic streams. Located on the San Lorenzo River, Huckleberry Island is surrounded by water and is accessible by bridge and is a unique housing area with about 16 homes
