CAPITOLA

Located on the coast between Aptos and Soquel, charming Capitola is the state’s

oldest seaside resort town. Capitola offers a quaint village feeling of a Mediterranean

seaside town,while the Upper Village serves as the commercial hub of

the city. Recently Capitola was named in 'Top 20 Small Towns in the West' by

Sunset Magazine as the top “ocean side view” category. The town hosts the

Begonia and Art and Wine Festivals annually in the wharf and riverside

districts.
